Being an ex-customer. I had dealings with Talk Talk  TV, broadband, calls and mobile, every part of their sales and customer services were just terrible. I did once speak to a broadband engineer who knew what he was talking about. I consider Talk Talk to be the worst company I have ever had dealings with.
